Services

Corporate Design

For the conception and idea development of high-quality and individual design solutions, I offer consulting for a functioning strategy (vision, mission & guiding principles) as well as research on target group and competitor analysis. On this basis I develop a coherent visual brand identity (mood board, logo design, typography, color branding, illustrations & patterns, corporate manual/style guide, business stationery, corporate presentation).

Stationery

With great attention to detail I produce wedding stationery (save-the-date cards, invitation cards, reply cards, name cards, menu cards, thank you cards), invitation cards, greeting and congratulation cards and birth cards. I will be happy to advise you on all materials, possible printing methods (digital printing, offset, letterpress, white printing, risography, screen printing) and various finishing options (blind embossing, hot foil embossing digital or with embossing cliché, dried flowers, silk ribbons, torn edges etc.). The costs for wedding stationery range between 1200 – 3000 €* (without VAT according to §19) depending on the effort and the chosen materials.

 

Editorial Design

In a publishing house, I was able to gain a lot of experience in the layout of publications such as magazines, books and brochures, corporate reports. the development of advertisements. poster design My focus is on the development of a coherent, clear and visually interesting layout.

Webdesign

I will gladly advise you in the area of web design (UX, UI) to create a website tailored to your business. After a detailed consultation, I develop your website first as wireframes and later as an elaborated graphical representation. I will also take care of the design of your landing page and the desired subpages. You will also get your website responsive optimized (desktop and mobile). The content of the content pages (imprint, terms and conditions, privacy policy) are not included in the design process.

Illustration

Drawing has always been an important place in my life. Illustration offers the possibility of unlimited visual communication in a variety of styles. I develop for you individual illustrations to match the style of your business. I am particularly passionate about botanical illustration and organic, natural shapes, but I also have the expertise to create comprehensible infographics. Illustrations are charged according to my current hourly rate * (without VAT according to §19).

 

Social Media

My services also include the optimisation of your business in the area of social media. In this context, I offer a redesign of your Instagram feed (choice of colours, design of graphic templates, development of your highlight cover with individual illustrations), which is perfectly matched to your branding (style, colours, fonts).

So that I can respond to your wishes exactly, please fill out the questionnaire. After you have filled out the questionnaire, I will get back to you.

Consultation

he next step is a consultation, where we go through your ideas and all the details and I already provide a few suggestions based on a mood board. This consultation is free of charge for you if an order is subsequently placed. If we do not work together after our consultation, you will be charged €70.00* (excluding VAT according to §19) for my consulting services.

Offer

After the consultation, the offer will be adjusted to what has been discussed, if necessary. Once everything is fixed and we have agreed, you will receive an invoice in advance.  This is based on 50% of the cost estimate or, in the case of wedding stationery, on a deposit of €500 * (excluding VAT in accordance with §19) and must be paid in advance. The second invoice will be sent to you after completion of the order and must be paid within 10 working days. This second invoice again includes 50% of the cost estimate as well as possible additional charges if the order turns out to be more elaborate or if there are any changes in the course of our cooperation.

Production

The design will only go to print after your written approval via e-mail. All subsequent change requests can then no longer be taken into account without incurring costs. Once I have received the delivery from the print shop, I check the quality and send it to you as quickly as possible. For printed products, please allow sufficient time for production. For wedding stationery this is at least 4 months before the wedding date, as the invitations should be sent out at least 2 months before the date.

After a few exciting weeks, the time has come and you will receive the agreed project data and products. Now you can proudly present your new design or your individual stationery. If you are happy, so am I.

A good logo comes from a holistic design process consisting of a brand strategy, benchmarking and target group analysis. From this, a concept is created that sustainably underlines the brand essence and enables a perfectly coordinated design. Would you want to do without all that?

The special, high-quality materials such as handmade paper, envelopes in various formats, finishing and embossing, wax seals, illustrations, a customised, individual layout and the printing of the stationery are responsible for the costs. I pass on the material costs to you 1:1 without any surcharge. The advantage, however, is a personal contact person who takes over the complete process of your stationery for you, advice on the perfect materials and printing methods as well as support for wedding photography, decoration and floristry. And last but not least, an individualised end result with very special invitation, RSVP and thank you cards, a welcome sign, menu cards and place cards that will inspire your guests and are a wonderful reminder of this very special day.

Absolutely not a problem. We plan the design together, such as layout, colors, fonts, materials, printing methods, etc.. So you can be sure that in the end you will get a design completely according to your ideas.

Depending on the package you have booked, you will receive the data for branding (PNG, JPEG, PDF, EPS, SVG) and/or delivery from the printer for your business stationery or stationery at the end of our project.

Normally, the project contains the simple rights of use according to §31 (2) of the Copyright Act. This means that the customer is entitled to use the project only in the permitted way, without excluding use by others. Upon agreement, the exclusive right of use according to §31 (3) of the Copyright Act can also be acquired, which entitles the customer to use the project in the manner permitted to him to the exclusion of all other persons and to grant rights of use or to reserve the use by the author.
